Koala Garden is a fictional quick-service restaurant created as part of the Customer XR Showcase to highlight the next generation of immersive training. Within the experience, users engage directly with AI-powered, embodied customer agents—speaking naturally, asking personal questions like a customer’s name or how their day is going, and taking food orders through real conversation. These agents respond intelligently and contextually, progressing the simulation based on how the interaction unfolds. The result is a highly realistic training environment where users can build confidence, communication skills, and customer engagement techniques in a way that feels authentic and unscripted.
