As a front desk associate, users practice handling insurance-related questions, addressing concerns, and navigating common healthcare interactions.

As a patient, they experience these same scenarios from the opposite perspective, gaining insight into communication effectiveness and emotional impact. This dual-role approach not only strengthens practical communication skills but also allows users to learn through both action and perspective, leading to more informed, empathetic, and confident real-world interactions.
